Unfortunately, however, a lack of alliance and mutual cooperation for missions has caused a great deal of material and human mission resources to be lost and wasted. Also, the excessive competition among mission organizations, as well as the mistakes brought on by trial and error, has caused a negative influence. On February 4, 1992, at the So Mang Church in Seoul, denominations, churches, and mission organizations came together to establish an alliance for cooperation and partnership.
The existing Korea Partnership Mission was dissolved and an executive committee comprised of representatives from mission boards and non-denominational mission organizations was organized to promote cooperation and coalition in a concrete and effective way for world mission. Board of Directors and central committee comprised of the Korean church leaders who agree upon the goal of the organization are supporting the major task of the organization.
